Robert L. Rothman

Mr. Rothman is a partner of the firm and co-chair of the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Rothman is the Immediate Past Chair of the 70,000-member ABA Section of Litigation. He is experienced in a wide variety of complex business litigation disputes involving contracts, partnership agreements, securities, business torts, fiduciary duties and first amendment/media law issues.
