Admittedly, this blog has not yet taken off the way we’d hoped, but Melanie Levs has been a dedictated contributor and we may not be hearing from her for a while… on Sept. 5 Melanie and her husband Josh welcomed baby Ryan Jacobs. Ryan weighed in at 7 lbs and 5 oz. Congratulations Melanie and Josh — I can’t wait to meet the newest Levs!

Tomorrow night’s the night: Katie Couric’s big debut on CBS Evening News. I admit I have already set the DVR — I am curious. I also was rather incensed by the recent incident in which Couric’s publicity photo was altered. Do you think anyone would have ever done that to a man?
Please post after you watch tomorrow night…let us know what you thought of her!
